Description
Images Françaises was commissioned by the St. Luke’s Chamber Ensemble for its Second Helpings concert series. It was premiered by Erico Sato on violin and Margaret Kampmeier on piano on June 1, 2002, at DIA center for the Arts in New York City. It has been recorded by Yevgenia Strenger and the composer on piano for all-Borzova’s compact disc Pinsk & Blue, released by Albany Records in 2007 (Troy 923).
